COACH FRANCISCO GALVEZ

Coach Frank is head coach of the 12U hockey team, marking his first year in this role. Growing up in Fontana, California, Frank developed a love for watching hockey at a young age. After graduating high school, he joined the military in 2008 and served until 2012, specializing in weapons and explosives. Since 2014, Frank has worked for the California Department of Corrections.

Frank is a proud father of two hockey-playing children Jax, 11, and Hailey, 15. His firsthand experience as parent of young athletes has fueled his passion for the sport and provided him with a unique perspective on coaching. 

Frank’s coaching philosophy centers on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship, ensuring each player reaches their full potential both on and off the ice. He is dedicated to fostering a positive and competitive environment for his players. 

In his spare time, Frank enjoys staying active and continuously learning about the latest coaching techniques and strategies to help his team succeed. His enthusiasm for hockey and commitment to his players’ growth make him a valuable asset to the team.
